Our restaurant offers the perfect atmosphere for every taste across two floors:
Ground Floor – Bar & Bistro (Self-Service): Ideal for a quick stop or a cozy break. Enjoy a wide selection of snacks, crispy pizza, hearty burgers, and Italian coffee specialties in our bar. Perfect for a snack between meals on our large sun terrace.
Upper Floor – Panorama Restaurant (with table service): Let us pamper you in our first-floor restaurant. Here, we serve South Tyrolean specialties and Alpine-Mediterranean dishes right at your table in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy top-notch service with what is arguably the best view at the summit.

During the construction of the house, the summit restaurant on Plan de Corones and the design, as well as the furnishings of the restaurant and the parlors, local waste wood from 1654 Tyrolean natural stones, split shingles were used and processed in traditional craftsmanship. The summit restaurant is more than just an inn, it is a meeting point for Tyroleans and their dear guests.

Our alpine-Mediterranean cuisine draws on seasonal and regional quality products. Only the best for our guests, practically all of the dishes and dishes on offer are homemade. We use the best quality for the basic products, mainly from the area. Courteous and friendly staff are a matter of course for us. In addition to the standard offer, there is a choice of freshly prepared dishes of the day, of course there is also something for vegetarians.

Pizzeria

Those who like pizza are in good hands with “us” in the summit restaurant. From different types of pizza to aromatic espresso, the ski and snowboard bunnies get their money's worth in terms of taste. The extensive selection of pizzas offers almost everything from Italian pizza art. We would also be happy to be inspired by your individual pizza toppings.
